Registration Cancellation Policy: Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offer period. If payment is not received before the event, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal card. If you are not able to attend, substitution is accepted at all times. Event registration cancellation in writing (fax or email) up to and including October 19, 2015 is entitled to a refund with a 15% administrative charge. Cancellations made after October 19, 2015 are non-refundable.
Force Majeure: In case of force majeure ChemOrbis is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of the ChemOrbis, that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with the obligations, such as 'acts of god' including war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the conference organisation or its suppliers.
